RSA Executive Director Dave Little was joined by fellow education advocates Bob Lowry of NYSCOSS and Brian Fessler of NYSSBA for a Legislative Lunch webinar on the recently enacted state budget.
The three longtime advocates went beyond the headlines on issues like BOCES instructional aid increases, retiree earnings limit waiver extension, universal school meals and updates to the poverty index, as well as across the board increases and the lost opportunity for broader formula reform. Reactions to the session point to it being well worth the time.
